Manoj Kumar Kedia

Mr. Manoj Kedia is a renowned industrialist of Nepal with more than 30+ years of experience in the field of industry and commerce. He has completed his Bachelors Degree from University of Bombay. He started working for the Kedia Organisation at the age of 16 and is the son of Mr. Tara Chand Kedia, the Chairman of the company. He started Sita Ram Gokul Milk Ltd as his first venture in 1994.

He has been on the Board of the company as Whole-time Director, designated as the Managing Director, Kedia Organisation, since Jan,1990. His overall responsibility spans Marketing Business, Cement Manufacturing and several corporate functions of the company including Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Research & Technology and Capital Projects Execution. He has been involved with almost all mega initiatives of the group through its growth journey.

Mr. Kedia has explored different businesses in areas such as Manufacturing, Real estate, Financial services, Automobile and more. Kedia is currently serving as the Executive Chairman of Siddhartha Bank Ltd., Brij Glass & is the Managing Director of Brij Cement Industries, Arghakhanchi Cement, Asian Concreto, Shree Steels. He has previously served as the Founding Chairman of Siddhartha Insurance Ltd., Board of directors for Reliance Insurance.

He is also an executive member of the Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries and Vice President for Confederation of Nepalese Industries. (CNI), Founding Member of Young Presidents Organisation Nepal along with several roles.
