Tara Chand Kedia

Chairman

Mr. Tara Chand Kedia is the Chairman of Kedia Organisation. Mr. Kedia has completed his Bachelor’s Degree with Honors. He also serves as the Chairman of Reliance Insurance, Prudential Investments Pvt. Ltd. Prudential Developers Pvt. Ltd & Brij Cement Pvt. Ltd. He is also involved in other businesses like Gurans Cement, Megana Corp. Securities & Shree Steel Industries Pvt. Ltd. Previously he has served as the Chairman of Siddhartha Insurance Ltd.

Manoj Kumar Kedia

Managing Director

Mr. Manoj Kedia is a renowned industrialist of Nepal with more than 30+ years of experience in the field of industry and commerce. He has completed his Bachelors Degree from University of Bombay. He started working for the Kedia Organisation at the age of 16 and is the son of Mr. Tara Chand Kedia, the Chairman of the company. He started Sita Ram Gokul Milk Ltd as his first venture in 1994.

He has been on the Board of the company as Whole-time Director, designated as the Managing Director, Kedia Organisation, since Jan,1990. His overall responsibility spans Marketing Business, Cement Manufacturing and several corporate functions of the company including Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Research & Technology and Capital Projects Execution. He has been involved with almost all mega initiatives of the group through its growth journey.

Mr. Kedia has explored different businesses in areas such as Manufacturing, Real estate, Financial services, Automobile and more. Kedia is currently serving as the Executive Chairman of Siddhartha Bank Ltd., Brij Glass & is the Managing Director of Brij Cement Industries, Arghakhanchi Cement, Asian Concreto, Shree Steels. He has previously served as the Founding Chairman of Siddhartha Insurance Ltd., Board of directors for Reliance Insurance.

He is also an executive member of the Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries and Vice President for Confederation of Nepalese Industries. (CNI), Founding Member of Young Presidents Organisation Nepal along with several roles.

Mohit Kedia

Director

Mr. Mohit Kedia is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has completed his B. Com (H) from Delhi University. He is currently serving as the Chairman of Siddhartha Capital & Executive Sales Director of Brij Cement Industries Pvt. Mr. Kedia has explored different businesses and is a promoter in various financial institution as well as other industries. He has also ventured in F&B industry in the recent years.

He has established himself as a successful entrepreneur in a very short span of time with a clear sense of direction, persistence, and self-discipline. He is also an active member of Round Table Nepal - a social service and networking community, YBEF - Youth Business Entrepreneur Forum & NFTA - National Foreign Trade Association.

Satyam Kedia

Business Development Director

Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of working at the Kedia Organisation, where I gained extensive knowledge and experience in various industries including manufacturing, finance, and trading. This experience has provided me with a broad understanding of the inner workings of different businesses and industries. Currently, I am honored to lead the Brij Glass Industry and the new business development wing of the Kedia Organisation. As the leader of Brij Glass, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, production, marketing and sales. Additionally, in my role as head of new business development, I am continuously exploring and evaluating new opportunities to expand our organization's reach and impact. I am confident that my experience, coupled with my passion for growth and development, will enable me to bring great value to the Kedia Organisation. I am committed to driving success, fostering a culture of innovation, and delivering exceptional results for our customers and stakeholders.
